Inspired by a desire to help others, HD Endurance Coaching provides quality, Ironman University Certified coaching for athletes participating in endurance sports, specifically the three triathlon disciplines - Swimming, Cycling and Running, in addition to Nutrition, Strength & Conditioning support.
The elusive work/life balance is a challenge that many athletes face. HD Endurance Coaching works closely with athletes to manage and create balance through effective and efficient training plans that are easily adaptable.
Success is not something that comes by chance or by luck. It is something that is planned for. Working with an Ironman University Certified Coach and accomplished athlete you will gain the tools you need to be your best athlete, be accountable and balance your life.
Personal Coaching allows you to work closely with your coach to gain accountability and have a tailored training plan specific to your personal needs.
Each training plan is developed with the athletes individual strengths, goals and lifestyle in mind.
Get advice and guidance specific to your needs without having to make a long term commitment to a training plan. Consultation services include, but are not limited to on-site swim, bike and run coaching; as well as, nutrition and strength training.
HD Endurance Coaching has proudly partnered with newly launched Southern Ontario Triathlon Club based in Oakville. HD Endurance Coaching will be providing actively coached weekly training sessions specific to long course athletes. These sessions are free with a SoTri Membership. Hélène Desrosiers of HD Endurance Coaching is Ironman University certified, as well as being a highly accomplished triathlete having qualified and competed in the ITU, Ironman 70.3 and Ironman World Championships on multiple occasions. She is a 2016 and 2017 Overall Gold All World Athlete and a 10x Boston Marathon finisher.
Since her start in triathlon in 2008 Hélène has been committed to achieving her best as an athlete and multiple time podium finisher. Now as a Ironman Certified Coach she is ready to share that passion to help inspire, motivate and train others achieve their personal best.
Hélène is an accomplished athlete who has pushed herself to perform under pressure and achieve her ultimate goal to race Kona three times. She is a 9 time Ironman finisher (3 Kona, 3 Lake Placid, 2 Mont-Tremblant, 1 Arizona).
Her accomplishments are not limited to the 140.6 course as she has also qualified and competed at the 70.3 World Championships in Clearwater (2010), Las Vegas (2012), Mont-Tremblant (2014) and Chattanooga (2017); and the ITU World Championships in 2013.
